Using the application extension skypeD the SKYPE Client can be bound to ActiPOINT. The TSP (TAPI Service Provider) provided by skypeD allows you to control SKYPE by TAPI capable applications like OUTLOOK. Triggering of outgoing calls - Indicating of incoming calls - All calls will be archived in ActiPOINT (and/or Outlook/Lotus Notes).
Extended call control: Hold, Swap on Hold, Initiate Conference.

1. Download the extension
2. (Unpack the *.ZIP file into a folder of your choice)
