  • Make call - Outgoing calls can be initiated by you.
  • Answer call - Incoming calls can be answered by you actively.
  • Call termination - Terminate the calls selected by you (Exeption: calls on hold)
  • Swap hold calls - Swap between several parallel calls. The selected call held goes into the active state and the before times active into the state hold..
  • Hold your calls, in order to be able to swap between them. Music is usually brought in for call participants of calls on hold.
  • Unhold your calls, to bring them back in the active state..
  • Third party conference permits you to add still another interlocutor to your current discussion - click and you are too third (a condition: an active call and a call held)
  • Consultations can be made possible by make a call to a further discussion participant , despite an existing active call. The existing call is put on hold.
  • Interconnect two calls among themselves and withdraw yourselves at the same time from the existing two connections. (condition: an active and a call held)
  • Forwarding of calls (automaticaly) by conditions as 'always', 'if busy' or 'after timeout' can be set.
  • Multy Lines/'VoIP profiles' - Active marked VoIP profiles are made available to you as TAPI lines.
